Michael began writing songs over thirty years ago. After learning a three chord song off the radio he changed the lyrics and away he went. Over a thousand songs later he says he can start writing his own music now. This silly sense of humor shows in many of his tunes, but you can certainly feel the serious side as well. He is foremost a song writer, and doesn't limit himself to one style. You'll find blues, rock, pop, country, and a little jazz in in his music. He feels the need to constantly explore new avenues and expand his horizons.
